.. when "they" say a "good multi vitamin"?
I am looking for actual products and reviews... What do you use and why? right now I am simply taking "One a Day Mens Health formula" because that is what I have in the house..
Also... What about adding Creatine / Whey protein? Not much, maybe a shake before / after workout??
Never really did the "supplement" thing.. looking for general info.
I am 5' 8" - 222 lbs (approx 26% BF) so I am looking to lose (fat) weight and help to stay strong / not loose too much lean muscle. I do realise that a good bit of it will be water weight as the weight / % comes off, so that is OK...
