I am wanting to trade up my forearm routine,so I was wondering what works well for you?I have been doing wrist curls, and reverse curls w/db.I was just wanting to switch up or add.I just don't feel the burn anymore. :pissed:

tons of jerking off builds strong forearms and gives ya a strong grip

grip work
wrist curls
deadlifts/shrugs without wraps with a double overhand grip
pinch plates
pinch plate curls
towel pull ups
square beam pull ups
timed bar holds
etc.....lots of stuff. try anything.

you could just try lifting some heavy weights, thats good enough for my forearms

I have long lanky arms, and large hands, so from my wrist to halfway up my forearm...
They look pretty small, higher up and up to elbow they are pretty large though.
I wish I could make that slim sections grow an inch.

I think banging Olive Oil gives you big forearms, or is it Bluto?

Forearms get hit with everything. I do several of those exercises already mentioned by p-funk. Forearms big are a goal of mine since I play hockey and they are an integral part of your game (shooting).

Add a little more weight and for bi's and forearms try to get 8-12 reps. You'll feel the burn again.
If that doesn't work and you really want to feel a burn then lower the weight one day a do a 50 repper. I guarantee you'll feel a burn then
