I like to look at my cell phone and text, or read something just like many.
My GF has a theory that men are so used to having women clean up after us so we sit on the toilet waiting for a woman to wipe up the mess and when we realize a woman isn't going to come they clean up themselves, some men can do it right and some men destroy a pair of underwear in the process......
I just think that it's a Fortress of Solitude and plus there's a feeling of Enlightenment not only from dropping a few pounds
but also it seems like your mind dumps it's crap and you can focus on things better. I have had some shits where afterwards I felt n top of the world, like I could sit and write a whole novel or design the Taj Mahal......
