Alright, so....I am about to jump on a bulking cycle. I have been bulking, and have done so on regular supplementation up until now. I did use the IronMan 1-AndroRX for a month and it was amazing. On a 4 day split.
Monday - Horizontal Push/Pull (Back Thickness / Chest / Calves)
Tuesday - Quads / Bi's
Wed - Off
Thursday - Vertical Push/Pull (Back Width / Shoulders + Traps / Calves)
Friday - Hams / Tri's
My routine thus far always starts with a big compund for 5x5 at maximum effort, then a 3x8, and if a 3rd 3 or 4x12-10.....I really have only been doing compounds, little to no isolation work.
Squats, Deads, Flat BB Bench, SLDL, and BB Rows are mainstays. I started at a chubby 165 (pic 1), Cut down to a leaner 148 (pic 2), and am now 170 (pic 3)
I am on my journey to 190-200lbs. I am only 5'2. I just wanted to know how my progress looks thus far to you guys? I eat 6 meals a day, and my intake right now is a clean 2900-3300 depending on how I feel.
Supplements i've used this entire time....
Whey Protein
Creatine
Fish Oil
BCAA's
Dextrose
ZMA
IronMag 1-AndroRX
IronMag Anabolic Matrix
PES Erase
Multi Vitamin
CLA
Feedback is appreciated. Thanks
