Yeah the look fine but you will need to add protein and some fats when you eat that.

Hrrmm, that bar, a protein shake w/ whey and skim milk and some almonds and walnuts might make a decent meal for me while at work... Sometimes I get sick of chugging down a shake with tons of things blended in with it.
