Excellent, I think I would like to be involved in the process of thoroughly going over the "resumes" I consider myself an expert at judging a good "stack" of "resumes". Ofcourse the final say will be up to the dictator, but it should be a "tit"ilating experience for those involved. I do enjoy the hands on approach when it comes to this type of work
