What Have You Done In Your Life?

man...I'm not even going to argue with you (I'm not wasting my degree on you)

just go google "genetic limit"

go argue with biology
to make an argument like this makes you look ignorant of established principles of physiology
Where did you get your degree, mickey D's?...LMAO!...You are the ignorant one on this topic. -
No matter how hard you work out, sooner or later you will hit your body's genetic limit for muscle mass. This limit varies per individual. The Physiology of Muscle Growth
Your muscles grow when satellite cells that surround your muscles contribute their nuclei to your muscle cells, thereby stimulating them to produce genetic material that signals your muscles to grow, according to strength coach Bret Contreras. Those with high genetic bodybuilding potential have more satellite cells surrounding their muscles, and their bodies produce even more satellite cells in response to the stress of bodybuilding. As a consequence of this genetic variation, people vary widely in their ability to respond to bodybuilding. Some people exhibit virtually no response to bodybuilding, although most people respond to some degree, while some respond to a greater degree.

Ya posting my fight pic with Griggs and my name, and a pic of me with my buddy Randy Couture is obviously your definition of full of shit...lol

You might be right on that part, I have my reservations but if it is true, then my apologies. I just think the claim of you being 305 with abs and have never done a cycle is a joke with the picture you put up, I guess that was what I was most concerned with.

Been married twenty years today, went to lunch at Hogs Breath had a huge steak, medium, curly fries, chicken tenders, veggies. And my wife has been putting up with me all this time.

Happy belated Anniversary, azza.

my fat arms were over 19 at 300...and nearly 18 at 245...neither is impressive as my arms did and still look like shit
My arms are 18 1/2 and growing...242 this am

Three kids, married nearly 20 years, finances getting in order, fixing my outrageously out of shape self. Can't complain.

and if you actually bothered with getting an education you'd know that citing the works of things like livestrong and wiki are a strong fail

AND you'd know the variation was in the neighborhood of 2% of overall mass

look, I don't care dude. I didn't call bullshit on any other thing, but genetic limits are based on absolute leanness and absolute muscle mass ...the variation comes in with bone structure and organ size and not much else.

I'm not even calling you unintelligent but you seem to have a pretty strong issue with proving yourself.
I have news for you, you can't on an internet forums. Its futile because even if you ARE right, you're still wrong.

I've taken shit about every aspect of my life online (my gender, my profession, my family, my income, my intelligence, what I look like, where I live-everything) until I learned its just a troll. At least I learned it was a troll well before coming here.
It's not even a creative troll and I have absolutely no idea why anyone would participate in it beyond momentary amusement.

Theres a phrase; Don't feed the trolls. It will just continue as long as you do.
