My first time I tried "stacking" supplements I did N.O. explode for prework out and PRO-NOS post work out. This was sweet I gained muscle and didn't feel all bloated all the time, I looked lean.
Now I'm stacking creatine mono and ON whey. I feel stronger since doing this for sure. The problem I'm having is Ive gained some water weight in my mid section. Is this normal, can some one explain? I cant wait to run out of the stuff i have now so I can go back to the NO route.

Creatine Monohydrate will cause some bloat but most of it should be intramuscular. I think this stack is much better and affordable then the old stack, if you want a pre-workout supp check out Chaos before it's all sold out and gone forever (discontinued), it's a great pre-workout supp that packs a punch. If you have added more calories to your diet (knowingly or unknowingly) that could be the reason for your bloat, and salt intake can play some role as well.

Ya the new stack is about half the price as the old one. I did like the results of the old one tho.
What is the difference between and Nitrous product and a creatine mono product?

NO products are "pump" products they usually are composed of arginine (a non-essential amino acid). Creatine products work by the Krebs Cycle (ATP, etc.) they cause some bloat, and can help with strength and anaerobic endurance. I'd choose Creatine over NO any day.

absolutely. creatine over NO products. after you get a solid diet in order. the most important step long before supplementation. then you should add protein first, then creatine. protien contains the needed amino acids you body requires to repair itself and build muscle. creatine supplements your bodies ability to shuttle energy to muscle to continue working so you don't fatigue as quickly. the idea behind NO is to dialate blood vessels so you body is more effecient at getting energy in and waste out. some people will tell you to take NO prodocts and others will say it is a waste. most everyone will agree that diet, protien, and creatine are effective however.

Thanks I know the basics of the stuff above. I was just wondering what other people thought. Ive tried a few different stacks and the NO stack just worked better for me IMO.

If the creatine mono is causing bloat look into CEE it will help with that:thumb:
