Im sitting here, and Im asking myself, what lengths am I willing to go in order to achieve a physique that is satisfying to me. Im reading some of my older posts about how to counter estro, aas chemicals, hair loss or hair growth effects, igf levels, human growth hormones, test based products ect. I can only speak for myself, but what happened to just plain old basic guidelines? Eat wisely, sleep well, train hard and efficent? Ive gotten so wrapped up in 21st century chemicals that Ive lost sight to remember that, this is a lifestyle of healthy choices. Im not going to be entering a bodybuilding contest. Im not a professional athlete or prize fighter. Why must I feel the need to inject things into my body in order to feel that im training as hard as I can and taking benefit of modern pharmacology? I see older pictures of myself between the ages of 20 to 28 years old, and I must say I am pleased at what I see. Im now 33 and still young for 33, but have introduced a bunch of chems into body over the past few years. Im not bashing the use of any chemicals period, this would make me a hippocrate, and I wont be that guy. Im going back to the basics, all natural. "Seriously how far are we willing to go"?

I pretty much do things all natural. I don't care if others want to pin gears though. It's their business. I'm mostly happy with the way I am although I need to drop some weight right now.

Yeah, Im realizing thats the way to do it. Thanks for input, Vortrit.

I'm willing to eat dog shit just like that cuzzo from that MTV special a few years back, I think it was Made or a similar show

This is an interesting post, and well said. An unknown benefit to your research and experience with hormones, and AAS, lies waiting for you, and many of you, down the road when you reach your late forties. It's possible that the medical community has, by that time, begun teaching what you already know, but few here need rely on it.

at least I'm not a drugged out druggy and only do as.Look at ppl who are addicted to crack, herion, meth. Then compare them(not just body chemistry)everything job, life, etc to a a.s. user. It's probally safer then smokeing as long as you stay in recommended guidelines.JMI
