Hey guys im looking into getting some multi-vitamins i know that this thread has been started before and people have asked the same thing im going to most likely, but i couldnt find any good threads on this topic. What type of multi-vitamin would be the best for me? im 17 / 175 lbs / and im working to get lean i take a few supplements and i also take vitamin C but i was reading around on the web and it said that a multivitamin can help to increase fat loss and it also adds nutrients and vitamins that you might not be getting or might not be getting enouph of into your diet. Are all multivitamins from all companies basically the same? or do they have different effects and what are some of the better ones (more liked brands). thanks for your help.
