I do three days a week as well and here is my split.
Day 1
Chest and Tris
Day 2
Back and Bis
Day 3
Legs and shoulders
I do 25-35 minutes of cardio at each session as well. I also rotate the days to keep my body guessing. So whatever day I start with one week goes to the end of the following week and so on.
I also slip abs in on whatever day I feel like I have the most energy and I always train the bigger body part first.
