I get this question all the time and I am sure the question has ran through your head when placing your order. The answer is strictly up to you. The average wait time is less then two week's. The average wait for Neighborhood Shipping is 3-5 day's from when payment is recieved.

90% of the time I order international because it's cheaper and I've never had any issues that weren't immediately addressed by Z. If I need something in a pinch I'll go with the local store and pay a bit more for the convenience of quick shipping. Either way I'm getting the same product same quality.
