Okay soim happy i lost about 30 some lbs going from 175ish to 142ish, im feeling great and healthy, im starting to get big but theres just one problem....i weigh about 142 and am about 5'9.5" accoriding to the online bfe thats like 9.some % bf, but i still have some stubborn fat left on my stomouch and chest..ive been working my abbs alot but ive stopped cardio for the past month. Im starting to see my six pack and my chest has nice tone and shape..just with a little fat on top..now my problem is i dont know what program to go with..i want to lose the stubborn fat but i dont want to lose muscle from cutting and not having enough calories and doing cardio...is it possible to lose the fat on a bulking diet + adding cardio? please help i got cruise in 45 days need to look good
