To whom it may concern,
Im working as a service car washer and i wash minimum of 20 cars aday.
Im loosing my wt. and hoping if you could advice me what supplement to take
To gain some mass even though im not pulling weights or using the gym.

Eat as clean as you can and get to the gym!

Take Test E its cheap and simple. Go low dose likt trt, eat more cals and work you ass off. if you want oral gear id say dbol youll feel strong and have lots of energy.

Go to any supplement store and tell them you want a weight gainer protein shake, around 600-700 calories. Drink one shake a day to start and see how that helps your weight

I think you should cycle some Creatine as well as some gainer whey Protein as a supplement. These two will work well together and should be stacked accordingly. I think you should also take a BCAA supplement that will aid your muscles in growth as well. You should be able to get all of these online for cheap too. How many lbs are you trying to gain?

Lmao at joining a body bldg forum to ask about what supplement you can take to gain mass...when your training routine is washing cars. Oy vey

Thanks guys for all your advice appreciate it. I will update you all on the result.

How is the supplement stack coming along? How about the job? Washing a lot of cars lately? I think you are really going to benefit from some Anavar. Its quick easy and effective in getting results. I used it and it really helped me with cutting body fat and actually helped improve my lean muscle as well. I would suggest taking this before you workout. Do you have any experience with anabolics before?

I just thought of something that could help you out at work. I think since you are doing cardio at work that you should consider taking a pre workout supplement. It would really boost your energy and help increase your focus and drive. I think you should also consider taking some creatine as well. This will help you increase your chances for gaining muscle and developing the strength that you already have. it will also increase your ATP levels as well.

To to the store and buy some food, eat said food, get a gallon of water, drink said water refill if necessary, repeat!

Any progress so far? Did you take my advice about a pre workout supplement? I think it would be your best bet. You will love the results from it. I can message you some different ones to try. Let me know what your interested in ill tell you where to buy it from.

100mcg of igf-1 lr3 post wash of any car should do the trick...

How is the car washing going? Did you take me up on my pre workout offer? I really think it would benefit you greatly by using this. I also think that you should consider a fat burner if your looking to lose weight. Cut first then you can bulk. Add 500 cals to your diet when bulking. Subtract 300-500 cals from your diet when cutting. Good luck to you.

You don't need a supplement. You need to eat more whole food. It's cheaper, has far better calories with higher and more varied nutrient content than any supplement.
Oh yeah don't take advise form a supplement company for reasons that should be pretty obvious.

You need to lift heavy for 30-40min a few times a week if you expect to grow. AND also eat enough food and the right food otherwise supps are a fucking waste of money

How is the car washing going for you? Are you getting a lot of cars washed? Did you find any products that worked for you? I'm interested to see how your progress has gone since the last time you posted. I think your diet is really the key to any program working. You have to make sure you are getting enough calories in and also make sure they are the right type of calories
