38" waist but chest is 50"+ so its in proportion. I could cut down a little though

4 months ago I was a 36 but I haven't really cleaned up my diet much but I have still dropped to 34 so I'm thinking after my cut cycle and some will power to avoid shitty food. I shouldn't have problems getting there.

The first week to 10 days of cutting carbs sucks but then it gets easier.
