What song would you want played at your funeral?

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
Norman Greenbaum - Spirit In The Sky.

That song kicks ass.

This is a hard one...
The first song that came to my mind was Tuesday's gone by Lynard Skynard

Just because it reminds me of things dying..

"Going Down To Die" - Danzig
"Everything Dies" - Type O Negative

As one of your many fans can I pee on your grave?

It's one of my many fetishes.

sure can, but only if you pee while squatting, and not like a man...

black sabbath volume 4

Ill hick this thread up by saying "Freebird" Lynard Skynard and "Prop Me Up Beside the Jukebox" by Joe Diffie

I want everyone to do the Hokey Pokey at my funeral.....

I'm Catholic and 1/2 irish, I gotta go with Danny Boy, and I want the Irish Tenors to sing it live. :rocker:

I love Irish music man

I like "Wild Rover" and "Seven Drunken Nights" alot, I play them at the bar all the time :)

Hear that lonesome whippoorwill
He sounds too blue to fly
The midnight train is whining low
I'm so lonesome I could cry

I've never seen a night so long
When time goes crawling by
The moon just went behind a cloud
To hide its face and cry

Did you ever see a robin weep
When leaves begin to die?
Like me he's lost the will to live
I'm so lonesome I could cry

The silence of a falling star
Lights up a purple sky
And as I wonder where you are
I'm so lonesome I could cry
Hank Williams

and then Hurt done by Johnny Cash

The sound of the wind blowing threw the trees amplified so loud that it made that your ears bleed.

Id like the national anthem played from Kefe's armpits, and maybe after that he can fart it, and then burp the alphabet....

that is all the music that will be allowed

Coldplay - Fix you, the end of the song, where it builds to a climax...

"Tears stream, down your face
When you lose something you cannot replace
Tears stream down your face
And I..

Tears stream, down your face
I promise you I will learn from my mistakes
Tears stream down your face
And I..

Lights will guide you home
And ignite your bones
And I will try to fix you."

Ya, I love that song. It is really quite sad. Another song that hits that spot also is "Mad World" by Gary Jules. You know, the song at the end of Donnie Darko.

Oh shit, I forgot about that song...

Ok a list is starting to come along here...

Coldplay - Fixyou
Johnny Cash - Hurt
Evanescence - my immortal
Gary Jules - Mad World

Another good song, imo is "Bitter Sweet Symphony".

And the one song that I would pick among all others to be played at my funeral is my all time favorite song...Free Bird baby.

Tears in Heven - Clapton

Radiohead - Creep
Jimi - In From the Storm (Tribute to my girl)
Jimi - Drifters Escape
Bob Marley - No Woman No Cry (cause I'm no reason to cry for)

What I Got - Sublime

Another song I would like to have played at my funeral is "Under Pressure" by Queen and David Bowie...I love that song.

Black Peter - Grateful Dead
