This is probably a common and annoying question. I would do a full forum search, but I wouldn't know what to really search for, so I'm apologizing in advance. I'm trying, so far unsuccessfully, to educate myself. I've read all of the stickies, but the terminology and abbreviations only make since to someone that already has somewhat of a clue...

Anyway, I'm 31 years old, 5'4, 135-140lbs. I'm looking for information on steroids, and need plain English advice for a newbie. Basically, what brand/type/name is best, how often should it be administered, and what, if any, other relevant advice I need to take into consideration?

I'm hoping some one can quickly dumb it down enough to get me started, or at least point me in the right direction... Thanks

it means you are asking a forum of people what THEY think is best for you, all the information you are looking for is here, just spend some time reading and researching, there are plenty of posts with the good, bad and ugly of products based on individual experiences. you can check out the products listed and read the labels if you are not familiar with the terminology you are just asking to get chewed up.

True but the conversations are mostly geared toward veterans. I was hoping for some plain English advice, and/or that there was a consensus on a short list of products that I could then research.

Read everything on this site, and when you think you get it, read it again. It will all make sense if you do your part. I was lost about gear when I first though about using. Now after a couple months on thie site reading about it I understand it enough to start my cycle Jan 1st.

If you read the stickies then you should be a least able to ask questions about a certain cycle, I.E. a cycle laid out based on your goals. Don't expect someone to spoon feed you a cycle, what to do and how to do it. It's really easy to find the answers to the questions your asking. What I do is when i'm wondering about a product (or cycle) I research it first, and then post questions based on my findings and what I feel is best for me. That's going to be a lot more helpful for you to learn, then to be spoon fed. If your spoon fed how do you know the products someone recommends will work for you (a newbie). Someone may recommend 1g of test e, 700mg of tren a week and without proper research you may just buy those products and cycle and you will be in a world of hurt.

Read, research what you just read, research some more, post questions on a certain cycle or steroid.

You need to eat and train naturally way more. You will be surprised what happens when you actually do that with discipline consistently. Never miss meals and never miss workouts. Stick to creatine, amino acids, beta alanine, and other basic supps.

You have not come anywhere near your natural potential.

If you need any help, let me know. I won't point you in the direction of any brands or sponsors, that's for you to decide, but I can help you get your footing around here.

Very classless and disappointing post, heavy. Mentioning a sources name when no source discussion is allowed. For shame!

:roflmao: bigbenj, you do know who you're taunting right? I like your style bro, playing with fire is risky but fun:winkfinger:

Thanks all for the responses. As I previously stated, by me being new to all of this, the stickies didn't help as much as I would liked. I wasn't asking to be spoon feed. Just for plain Engish starting advice and suggestions from people who been there done that... Basically to be started down the correct path.

As to the other comments, of course I know I need to train, eat, etc. I'm just starting out so of course I have not reached my potential. Yes I know that I'm small @ 5'4 & 140lb. I am not as naive as some of you may have assumed... This is just something that I wanted to learn more about, and might want to try further down the line. I'll search amazon for a few books on the subject, maybe that'll help me out a little more. Thanks again all.

Post up some specific questions you have. What are you having trouble on?

All joking aside, you'll be able to get A LOT of info for your research here at IM. It's awesome that you accept the fact that studying/researching the topic, and gaining more naturally is the right way to go. My advice is to get a GOOD understanding/foundation of knowledge on things like PCT, on-cycle support, recommended on-off periods, and a simple understanding of different compounds. When you have that basic foundation down, learning everything else will be MUCH less of a hassle.

the abbreviations are covered in the stickies as well...if you can't find one just type it into google along with the word "steroids" and you will get what you're looking for.
