iv been slowly cutting over the last few months - trying not to lose muscle at the same time although i have more then i wanted.
recently iv been training and started wendler 5 3 1 - done 4 weeks and after my deload week on my chest day seemed to strain my chest a bit but thought will be ok as i can rest it untill next week - did chest again the following week and it hurt a little while i was lifting so i ddnt push too much the next day was in pain and i have def strained it , i dont think it is torn but i cannot see my pyshio until next week to determine full extent. ok so the day after chest was deadlift day and chins which not only hurt the hest but seemed to trap a nerve in my neck/trap area
here are my questions
best case scenario trapd nerve goes within few days/massages... can i train any body parts during the rest and not hurt chest more? squats?
if my chest is only strained and needs week or 2 rest should do cardiountil then? keep in mind im cutting diet and do not want to lose muscle?
when i can lift again do i continue at the weights i got upto on wendler 5 3 1 or am i starting light again?
