what to put in my shake?

ON's 100% Whey Protein(double rich chocolate)....thats what I got....what do I throw in the blender?
 
I used to mix 8 Oz milk, 4 Oz water, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 banana and 1 scoop ON 100% Whey Chocolate, and 2 or 3 ice cubes:p

You can also add some oat, I think dextrose is what some ppl use for carbs in pre w/o shakes too.
 
1 cup whole milk
1 cup ice
3 frozen strawberrys
1 cup oats
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 Banana
2 scoops Isopure Whey Protein (Vanilla)
Post Workout shake

I think that would be good as a pudding!, cuz by the ingredients, it gotta be thick for a shake...:rolleyes:
 
Need more simple carbs and less complex carbs. That is, more dextrose and less oats. Just go with 40-50g WPI, 40-100g dextrose and 5g creatine. That's all you need.

:rolleyes: awww...Would it be to thick for you? This is my weight gain shake. I dont care about texture or taste, I just slam it. :p

skip out on the peanut butter.. just slows down the digestion.

for my PWO shake i do

2 cups water
1 banana
15 blueberry's
1 cup oats
1 tbsp honey
2 scoops ON whey


and my shake b4 bed i do

1 cup water
1 cup 1% skim milk
2 tbsp natty PB
2 tbsp flax
2 scoops ON whey

and im looking into getting casein protein to add to my pre bed shake. those are the only shakes i take during the day, rest is real food... and i dont count PWO shake as a meal
