I haven't been working out much this past 8 months or so but I'm trying to get back into it. I'm about 6'4" 210 lbs and I'm just wondering what supplements I should take, how much of it, and when should I take it?
I'm guessing go with the basics such as Protein, Multi-Vitamin, and possibly Creatine. (Is there anything else I'm leaving out?)
I'm wondering at what times of the day should I take these, and if I should take them together? As far as the protein goes, should I take it with creatine (and should I take it with carbs post-workout? If so, what kind of carbs should I put in it, and where can I get them?)
Also, is flaxseed important?
