I'm after advice, Im 22, under 10 stone and used to go to the gym on a regular basis.i was training hard and got very defined but soon realised that to get bigger i needed to seriously alter my diet which at the time was very difficult for me due to my hours of work and my lack of appitite. Then a friend got hold of some steroids for me and i got very strong and put on weight with ease (with alterations to my diet aswell).
After 2 months i ran out and my friend was unable to get me any more. Soon after that i stoped going to the gym, knowing i was not going to perform as well i had been.

I've decided i want to start back as i have a new job with easier hours and i am more clued up on the dieting side of it.

Before i start back i want to get hold of the supliments i need to maximise my weight gaining while training ie Creatine, Weight Gain, Protein suplements etc. I realise this is an expensive hobby but i want to make the most of everything i do at the gym.
I would like to avoid steriods but i have been told of testosterone tablets which i would like to know more about.

i would be very greatfull to anyone who could spend the time and give me some advice. Thankyou.
 
The only testosterone tablets that exist in the world are going to eat your liver, be hard to find, and cost a lot of money. You would be more likely to run into fakes than find the real thing. Injectable testosterone is very easy to find, much less expensive and far easier on the body.

However, you need to get the diet down first anyway. I am on the road a lot for my job so I know how difficult eating can become, but steroids wont fix that - if you think they will you are very mistaken. Weight gain comes from food, quality weight gain comes from the right diet. Being on steroids will not magically make you gain quality weight from eating nothing, or eating crappy food.
 
Its not that i eat alot of crap its just i really strugle with my appitite, thats why i think that taking suplements such as weight gain, protein suplements and creatine will help me get the ingrediants my body needs to grow into my system. I just am lost on what to take ie all of them just protein????
One person told me to just eat as many callories as i can every 3 hours and i feel i could not get enough from food alone.
As for the testosterone injections, thats what i had before but i hated the injecting side of it! Is there an alternative??

Thanks for the reply, Please dont think im looking for a miricle and that i think that if i buy all this stuff ill sudenly gain weight and look great. I am well aware of how difficult it is and that i will be able to achive my goals with the right attitude. I just want to get there with all the help i can get.

Very difficult to argue with Mr. mudge. So i won't and will agree with him. Diet is 90% and maybe even a little more when it comes to bodybuilding. Unless you have superior genetics, your going to need a great diet. All the training and gear in the world won't help shit without the above.
Just eat your ass off and train and results will come your way. If you want a magic pill then I'll make you one. It will consist of Protein, Carbs and good Fats. Not sure if it will keep the hunger in check

That sounds extremly harsh to me!!!!!!

I would imagine that using no 'aides' is an old fashioned way of training. Surely you didnt achive your figure with no help from products???

I don't want to cheat and like i said im not looking for a miracle pill, i just want to give myself every advantage to progress as well as i can combined with my hard work with the healthy eating and my gym work.

Surley Products like creatine, weight gain and protien supliments will help or make my gaining weight quicker????

Im about 5ft 8, under 10 stone. i was very strong at the gym compared to my size. My mate was 16 stone and twice as broad as me and i could press more and curl the same. But i gained the strenght through hard gym work but my diet was all wrong.

I do a good alround work out concentating on 3 sets of reps.

this time back at the gym i will do more squats as iv been told there a great way to put on weight.

Ok maybe i stated it wrong as I'm talking about gear. Creatine is fine. Also get yourself some good whey protein to supplement your diet. Your going to have to find a way to get the calories down your throat. Listen I'm on a one year bulk and only 5 weeks into it. I eat 6 meals a day and would be fine if i only had to eat 2-3 times a day. i have to force feed myself. It's not easy and as far as I'm concerned bulking is twice as hard as cutting. You always full bloated and misable. That's part of bodybuilding if your on a bulk.

WTF is 10 stone in pounds?
I'd train for at least 6 months after a lay off before jumping on the juice.
As said before injectable Test is the way to go.
 
Add 500 calories to your diet to start with, that is one small meal, very easy to accomplish. Supplements can't put meat on you without the food being there.

Top fuel dragsters dont make 5000+ horsepower without the proper fuel. You can't add solid mass without the calories being there to support it.

If you burn for example 2500 calories throughout the day, making you currently remain at your current bodyweight, how do you think that steroids are going to change that? Slow down your metabolism? And then when you get off it would all go away anyway?

Food comes first no matter what you do, and in FACT I would readily say that if you are going to do steroids it makes your diet even more important. Of course you could be one of those guys who is shooting themselves 4 times a week with 2 grams of test just to see a little extra in the way of gains to match what some one else is doing on far less because he has a better diet.

When I was doing 5400-6500 calories EVERY DAY I didn't want to eat like that, but I ate like that because I did want to gain the weight. Your appetite adjusts to where you make it adjust to. If you eat more you will adjust, with time. If you try to do it all at once, you are going to feel bloated, have insane blood pressure, and feel ill and probably not want to work out plus you will gain a large amount of fat most likely.

Slow and steady wins the race.

Ok so i weight around 140lbs i reckon, how many callories per day should i be aiming to consume per day? and can anyone give me a good source of food which will give me a good supply of callories?
I will be taking protein suplements, Creatine and a multi vitamin to give me every advantage.

Im not looking for a strength increase as i can already nearly press my body weight (although its not actually huge! Lol) i just want size. Is there anything in partucular i should do in my workout to achive this??

if ur 140 and can bench 140 u prob need to focus more on ur training benching you wieght is fairly easy for most untrained people. deff invest in protien and creatine if you want tho

If you weigh 140 pounds steroids should not even be entering your mind right now. Fix up that diet, keep on training.

Fudk I can do Dumbells that weight. Shit I've seen skinny ass chicks that weigh that much. Sure there 6" tall with beautiful legs and a tight pussy, but they don't do gear.
