What training routine is better while on Keto..

Im starting a keto diet in a few weeks and i just wanted to know what is the best training routine while on a low carb regime? Is it better to lift heavy? split workout ? High intensity training? and what about cardio. thanks
 
I do heavy but abbreviated due to the lack of energy to get through a long workout followed by 10 to 20 minutes of HIIT for cardio.
 
Abbrevated warmup followed by an abbreviated workout.
Cardio is long and slow, think walking.

Carbs fuel intense workouts. You won't be eating carbs, so your body will be glucose-starved, so no glycogen reserves in the muscles to fuel intense workouts. The only glucose you'll have will be what your body creates from gluconeogenesis, which means your body will basically be catabolizing proteins and aminos to turn them into glucose. You don't want that, obviously, so keep the demand low, by limiting high intensity work as much as possible.
