hey guys...i have been eating more of a carb backload diet. I wake up around 7-9am (depending on the day) and usually train around 4 or 5. I eat my carbs for the day post workout. If I do cardio after i lift and before i eat the carbs, what type of cardio do you reccomend? Ive been doing both lately...rotating each day or just w/e i feel like doing
