I love this fourm. Stats are 29yr old 5'9" 231lbs 12%bf cutting right now. Half Persian and half Italian and Irish. Been bodybuilding for the last 12 years competed 3 times, fell out of it the last few years, getting serious again. YEAHHH BUDDDY!! What up brothers.
