I am having a heart attack just reading this number and the numbers for the sirloin!

hell yes, those 41g of fat on 8 oz. of cooked steak are largely thanks to the butter, no friggin doubt about it! GROSS!!!

I think that steak ordered without butter is more like 10g-15g fat.
