What're your thoughts on Muscle Milk?

Hey guys, I'm also considering taking Muscle Milk. What're your thoughts on it? What flavor is good and is it best used prior or post exercise? Thanks,

The Root Beer flavor tastes awesome and I don't even like rootbeer. Kuso's gonna laugh at me, but dpsnutrition.com has it for $20 bucks a 2.5lb jug right now. Lowest price on the net. I ordered 2 jugs for me and one for a friend yesterday as a matter of fact.

Its high in fat, but the fats are those that are used for energy rather than stored. I can't say enough good things about this stuff. I can't wait to try San's Infusion and ISS's MXPRO40.
