What’s happening over at pharmacom?

I placed an order on www.basicstero.ws on 9/29/2022. I sent the crypto payment on 9/30/2022. I filled out the payment details section about the transfer like 8 times now. When I check they payment details it shows the status as canceled, even though I’ve already confirmed the transaction went through to the correct address on the blockchain. I’ve sent so many messages to the contact us page but can’t seem to get a response. I’ve been ordering from the site for years and never had a problem.

Hi. do not worry. if you have the order number and the BTC transfer info, the source's customer service staff will be able to resolve the issue.

From my experience, often this type of issue is a result of the amount transferred being slightly different from the amount the source's system if looking for (by this I mean, any rounding off or any small difference appears to the system as if the payment does not match for a specific order. -- in my personal opinion, the source should improve this process (the way payments are verified) because it will keep causing problems and take a lot if workers' time to manually investigate and resolve each time; but, unfortunately, I do not have the authority or ability to make such changes myself.

Or, is some cases, customers have selected to refill their balance instead of selecting a specific order.

I want to try to help you communication with Basictsero's customer service so we can get this resolved asap for you.

Basicstero "Submit Payment Info" Guide

This guide gives step-by-step instructions of how to submit payment information on the new Basicstero site.

• Step-1: Log into your Basicstero account.

• Step-2: Select "Payment" link from the dashboard options.

• Step-3: Select the "Submit payment info" option from the menu on the Payment page.

• Step-4: Select the payment method by clicking on the type of method that was used to transfer the funds.

• Step-5: Fill out the form with the information for the payment details.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Be sure to select the specific order number for which the funds in question were intended to pay; the specific order number must be selected (see example in the image below):

NOTE: Funds may be added to Basicstero store credit by selecting "Balance refill" (pre-loaded funds will show as credit which may be used future purchases without the need to wait for fund transfers).
• IMPORTANT NOTE: If "Balance refill" is selected, the specific fund transfer entered will NOT be processed to pay for any outstanding orders; a specific order number must be selected to assign funds to pay for an outstanding order.

As of yesterday Issue has been resolved. Just waiting for shipping and such now.
