I know Foreman and I were recently discussing how promptly Rob is at returning PMs. In fact, 2 minutes ago I sent him one and told him there was no rush in getting back to me, and I got the response 1 minute ago. Odd.
I believe it was only one PM, and I already told you a couple of weeks ago why I gave you the two infractions... I cannot remove them just because you apologize.
