whats the best fat burner?

I am looking for the best fat burner. I am 29 years old man, and as I got older I have noticed a slow down in my metabolism. Im not 21 and getting older sucks.

so I need a little help in burning fat this summer. I maintain a healthy diet and work out weights 3 days a week and cardio 3 to 4 times a week for an hour.

My friend gave me hydroycut hardcore and I have been taking it, but I want to know if its worth it. It has tons of caffeine which makes not really want to take it. I have been working out for years and never needed coffee to burn fat. Coffee causes a crash because its a stimulant.

I ant something thats gonna burn FAT and not muscle. Is there a danger of taking these fat burners and losing LBM?

Wha I mean is, now I see there are fat BLOCKERS, NIGHTTIME fat burners, and others and now I only have more questions. I would also like to burn fat in my sleep.


I am interested in fat burners with no stimulants, because as a former drug user, I know, what goes up, must come down.
 
click on the "fatburners" if that is what you are after. What are you confused on??
 
Most all will tell you the ingredients...decide which you do not want in your system as far as stims. Click on Ephedra Free or just the Fat burners and look at them. You didn't ask for the carb blockers/fat blockers/or nighttimes so don't click on those.

there sales pitch is a little scary... not so good effect? Im sorry but that just scares me


VERY Basically, TTA is a PPAR agonist, which frees fatty acids to be metabolized. TTA has side two side effects - one good, one not so good.


Not so good is that a study shows TTA increases the activity of DGAT, which transfers acyl groups to glycerols, allowing fat to be redesposited. Salvia Miltiorrhiza inhibits this enzyme.

Good is the fact that TTA also increases the activity of Carnitine Palmitoyl Transferase, which carries fatty acids into the mitochondia to be burned.



Plus the fact that I dont really understand what it means, makes it look "not so good"

x2 for a non-stim this stuff is awesome still can be found in DCP. Melting Point used to be great, still have a bottle left. :D

Track your diet. If you don't lose weight, drop calories a little. Focus on keeping protein high, and fat at least a half a gram per pound lean mass.

In my experience, the best you can hope for from a "fat burner" is appetite suppression and a little extra energy to train - neither of which is unwelcome, trust me!

If pressed, I'd say ephedrine caffeine. Always loved that stuff.
