WHATS the best stuff out there! without the shakes

what is the best Supplement out there ,that wont raise my blood pressure? some of my friends have been on some stuff that makes them shake and jitters all the time, i want to lose weight and be cut at the same time,,i work out 3 times a week ,and have seen some improvement but i need more energy! powerbars taste nasty but have helped me
for a quick pick me up!
 
shake and jitter ? WTF are they on

protein will definitely not cause you to shake and jitter, this must be a side effect of something else they take. perhaps ephedra with caffeine

also i ve been taking thisa stuff called amplfied from gnc,,but it gives me the runs!
 
Have you tried Dieting, I heard it works very well
 
yea dieting whats that,,that must be new! sitting in front of three computers all day sucks as far as dieting,, dieting is helping but need a boost!
 
Im not an expert by FAR, but I think if you take it in moderation, not more than directed, and not poppin them and then sittin in a chair for 8 hours, you should be fine.
If its just energy before your workout your lookin for eat some carbs before
If you want to lose weight, dont do a carb defect diet. I think that just a low cal diet would be best.

I eat alot of carbs about an hour before I go and I take creatine, glutamine, and an anti oxidant
I dont take an energy/diet pill, Im bulking

basically, you want to look for a non-stimulant (no caffeine, synephrine, etc.) based thremogenic/fat burner, there are a few on the market.
 
Your body makes creatine, so it doesnt, as far as excess amounts I dont think there has been anythin showing that it does but I havent read nearly everything out there.

Do a search on creatine, you will find a lot of really good opinons on it.

as for the type - Monohydrate

any brands that you know of that work better than others
 
I would do a little research on different brands, then post a poll, I dont think Ive seen one about 'Best Thermogenic/Fat burner'
