What's the biggest threat to humanity?

Ignorance as Gaz said...its seems to be the root of all the destruction. Everything starts with an idea or thought in someone's head. Ignorance makes these ideas destructive or bad and then come to fruition.

A lack of religion is no more, and no less, of a threat that religion is.
Not all religions are created equal.
It is ridiculous to try to lump them in together.
It isn't the in the name of Christ, Krishna, Shiva, or Buddha that people are murdering, bombing, beheading, etc.

Id like to add another possible "biggest threat":
Political Correctness.
It stops those in power taking the choices that SHOULD be taken just so they dont offend others. It slows down any kind of negotiations because everybody has to word everything 100% neutrally and carefully so that it cant be mis-interpreted, plus it really just is a fucking farce, and drives normal sane people into a murderous rage because they can't say "gay" or "black" or "retarded" any more.

Currently Bush is the biggest threat to humanity.
He meets alot of the criteria: ignorance, religion, risk of WW3, adding to global destibalization, globalization, overpopulation (religious right against birth control), creating more terrorism and committing terrorist acts himself.
