whats the difference

bro to be honest Id go with pro, and just add an extra cup of milk or scoop of ice cream.
I dont like all the cholesterol in the serious mass or sodium.
But thats just me.

i dont care about the flavor :nanner:
i usaully dont either but i cant hang with banana i was just saying the regualr one no the pro complex one is way more calories and carbs. Im no nutritionsist so im not gonna comment on whats better if anything i can learn a little somthing from here 2 =)

I always thought pro was better. I want to add this to my next test booster cycle for sure.

I really want to add a gainer to my routine mostly for post workout. My diet is always getting better but I still need more carbs and calories. Whats the difference between these two?
serious mass vs pro complex
TGB Supplements - Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass - Banana - 12 lb

TGB Supplements - Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex Gainer - Vanilla Custard - 10.16 lb

Calorically, they're about the same, the Banana has a 2 scoops per serving to equal roughly 1200kcals and the Vanilla custard is a 1 scoop per serving for roughly 600kcals, so both are about 600kcals per 1 scoop. Two things you want to look at. One of the the main differences are that the banana contains creatine but not protein, and the vanilla custard contains 60g of protein, but no creatine. Secondly, the Banana contains more carbs then the Vanilla Custard, even if compared on a 2 scoops vs 2 scoops basis, the Banana still has substantially more carbs.

The Banana has a creatine + carbs combination that has certain benefits to training, as the uber high amount of carbs will draw the creatine into the muscle like crazy and more carbs generally lead to a greater bulk. The Vanilla custard has a protein + carbs combination that have it's post workout anabolic effects and creating insulin sensitivity.

If you're concerned about more carbs & calories, I'd go Banana, however, the combination of carbs & protein is a cleaner bulk. They both have pro's & con's over each other. Me, personally, I'd go with the Custard because of the 60g of protein. Ideally, you could have the best of both worlds if you simply buy some creatine on the side, along with the Vanilla custard.
