Another new guy here. Live in Atlanta Ga, been working out on and off for about 15 years. Steady and hard for the past 3. Not in any kind of competitive sport....just getting swoll for personal goals. Seemed like IU got stuck for a little while at 185 lbs...and wasnt going anywhere with my gains til recently. 6 lbs in a week...what! Big strength gains too. Overall goal is to just explode!
