Hi, im Troy, and i've been addicted to working out for a month now.

I love it.

I am 5'11, and weigh 120lbs. I drink about 130g of protein a day, and since I started working out, I have found that I can eat like a horse. I never workout after a meal, and generaly my largest meal of the day (dinner) is followed up by sleep.. I work out 5 times a week, but I am not gaining any weight now... It took me 7 days to gain 5 pounds the first week of working out, and now a month later, I cannot gain an ounce.

Basicly, I eat, and eat, and eat... I dont do a lot of reps, just a ton of weight... erg... I dont know what is up, but I am having a hell of a time gainging any weight now.. I've not changed anything, except that I can do heavier weights... reps are the same, and all that jazz... however; im not gaining any weight, but my muscles are getting bigger, and stronger..

What should I be doing to gain weight? I'd love nothing more than to weigh 150-165lbs before the end of my senior year, however, at this pace, I will never make it... I dont want to be the incredible hulk, I just want to gain some weight :)..

Thats my story, any idea's on what to do would be cool, but anyway, even if I am not gaining weight, I LOVE working out, it takes a lot of stress, a lot of anger, and all that jazz away when ya workout... Plus the results are fun, haha.

Welcome bro. maybe Lower reps. 5lbs in a week. that is awesome. You cannot expect that all the time. the most a natural bodybuilder can add in a year is like 15lbs. you are a third of the way there. good luck, good job.
