i posted a pic of myself on the site.. i am just trying to stay in shape.. although i benched 260 3 times and curled 145 3 times.. that was enough for me. now i am sticking to lighter weight. 225 mac on bench and 105 max on curls.. my tri's are already in good shape from boxing and of course the military.found this site by trying to see how much mark henry could bench or lift in general. any tips from anyone?
