notice how you're the only person to have posted in this thread, that is because the same question has been posted thousands of times. learn to use the search button.

if you spent less time doing max curls and more time doing proper exercises, you might of avoided getting a shoulder injury

200 yds. I was the DuPage county curling champion of 1991. Nothing better than the fine sport of curling.

250lb dumbell in each hand regularly for about 12 reps. Max should be around 900 if im using a barbell.

No I have a video clip of him doing it.....He got 895 for one rep...so he is exaggerating by only 5lbs.

I've seen the video too. With a belt I think he could hit 950.

I haven't done a bicep curl in months.

This thread is just PATHETIC.

True story.

I could show you, but then I would have to kill you.

I think I'll start a thread called "who has a bigger penis?" I would obviously lose, but at least it would be asking what all these who lifts more threads are merely implying.

Well I personally never associated curling with penises, but if that's what your mind jumps to... well... we're not here to judge, CowPimp.

ah yes, the biceps curl. A true test of upper body strength.

Almost as good as a reverse wrist curl.
