What's your dream job?

Nice. I had a short-lived major in Biotechnology until I realized I hated playing with carcinogenic chemicals in the lab, but we learned a bit about cytopathology in Bio class. It sounds like an interesting job. :thumb:

Yah well, It's a high demand job here right now, with the rising rate of things.

I always wanted to be an Equine Vet. I've been working with horses for a long time, and i'm good with animals...

I could also work for the Alberta Government working with livestock (cnsidering that is one of our big resources)
I'd get a killer pension and still be able to work close to home

Either that or a Cytotechnologist at the Provincial Lab here in Edmonton

i had a feeling you weren't the barbie people peg you for. very nice goals. :)

x2. Good goals. :) I'm workin' my arse off at college in the hopes of getting a job with the US government, especially in intelligence since I can't become a Navy SEAL - so this is the closest thing I can do.

My dream job would be owning and running a doggy day care. I've thought about it for years and even came up with a name for the place. Barkingham Palace and it looks like someone stole my name idea :(

that's a great name. i guess it's not expensive to buy the rights to a name so next time... my son talks about doggy day care a lot. his name for it would be "doggy daycare" :P

mine would be antiques specializing in chandeliers and lighting.

Thanks LW.
Everyone up here is just turning to the rigs/trades for money right now, and I don't blame them. They are all making a killing. But for some reason, doing the same tedious trade every working day of my life doesnt really appeal to me. I find working in something like a medical field, or in law, challenges you consistantly. I took that into great consideration when making career choices. What can i see myself doing when I'm 50?

constantly**

Musician in a band that has a growing fan base.

"The FuFu's"

I can see it

1. Professional soccer player
2. Soccer club manager in Europe
3. Intellectual property/Brand/License manager....working on it :)

Basically anything that has to do with music. I know a lot about the industry (record labels, management, tour managers, A&R’s etcetera, how to get on tours like Warped and T.O.C., where to get gigs and all that fun stuff) I think now a days it's much easier to have a band that's even semi-successful if you have access to the internet and a means of recording your material. Even if I just end up designing and selling band merch or something small like that (roadie, crew member etcetera) I’d be happy.

Art and writing are my backburner choices. But I think with Dale’s looks I’ll be able to score a record deal ;)

Be a talent scout. Alot of musicians careers are short lived.

Songwriter/ performer for a band/ solo act, that will change the face of music as we know it, with considerable financial and critical success.

You are a rube. It's english literature.

Shutup!

No you shut up!

Both you of you shut up!

A stand up comedian. Just because it would be a huge challenge for me as I dislike public speaking and standing in one place for a long time.
My style would be a cross between Steven Wright and Andy Kaufman- the kind of humour that you don't get many laughs from immediately but after you think about it you might chuckle once or twice to yourself.
I would never plan a routine I would just say whatever was on my mind- that way if I bombed I would have nothing to lose.:hehe:

to play footbal ln the NFL so i can knock tom bradys teeth out:)

I always wanted to be a film critic. Like Siskel and Ebert or Roeper and Ebert or whatever the hell it is now. Pretty much Leonard Maltin though. I have all this books from the past 5 or 6 years.
