I read the book a few months back, very interesting to say the least. My wife and I are both gluten free. We still eat all of the same foods, however we make them with flour that is not derived from wheat. I was diagnosed with lactose intolerance when I was about 8... turned out that wasnt it because I kept having stomach problems so I thought I had bad IBS, now I know it was a gluten allergy. Eating gluten free really has changed my overall well being. I have never felt healthier.
