Alright Im not too sure what forum to ask this in but anyways my situation is that I just started working out seriously 2 months ago or so....I use to be a pro hockey player but quit for work (self employed) I have had free time on my hands now so starting to workout seriously

anyways went from a computer desk job no working out at all....drinking 5 days a week , with chips, cake junk and pop.....to working out almost everyday eating 6 healthy meals a day

lost about 20 pounds in a month/ month and a half easy to get back in "decent" shape since I use to be about 3-4 years ago...but Im thinking about taking m1T and other supplements/enhancements but Im wanting to do so until when my body "taps out"..because right now its such achange in lifestyle to not drink and no junk food and working out my gains/improvements are very noticable.....when is the best time to take m1T and other steriods/enhancements.....and when does my body slow down in losing weight and changing this much?

Ive heard mixed answers of take m1T and other things now but i was wanting to take it after about a year of training

***my stats are 20 years old 5'9 ...178lbs

When your body adapts to your workouts you will notice slow gains or none at all. Typically when you first start working out you can do just about anything and still see results but after a few months you need to change things up a bit and change some variables in your workout to keep gainging. As for losing weight this is all to do with your diet and calorie expenditure, to keep losing weight you would have to keep gradually reducing your calorie intake/ increasing your calorie expenditure to make sure your staying in a deficit.

m1T i have no idea about however.

This will get some interesting replies.

Dude, you are 20. Taking test would give you very little benefit and would only screw up your hormone production when it's at it's peak. Test is not for the inexperienced, nor for the young.

Just lift, eat, and then eat some more and you will grow. Get your protein intake, maybe buy some Creatine EE, and pump some iron.

And to answer your question, your body should continue to grow as long as the diet is spot on and you are putting your time in the gym. You growth will slow as you get older (30's/40's), because your body is producing less testosterone. Some claim there is a genetic limit of muscle mass that your body can reach. This is when pro's reach for the steroids to overcome this genetic limit.

Yeahh sorry I didnt know if M1T would be more for the anabolic zone or what but since im not really a question on if I should take it or not its more on the gains and working out.....when working out I found this guy Klaus Riis same age as me ::

KlausRiis.com

Thats his workout schedule and he says to mixup workouts to "shock" your body...thats probably true but seems like he works different body parts every day...
When I first read these forums I heard this wasnt a good Idea...It was more "push" one day, pulls the next, legs on another

I know I have good genetics, to even go professionally in body building after a couple of years but I just don't know where to start....I know im doing good things now but I always like to plan ahead and "push it to the limit"

dont need to change up ur program to shock ur muscles this is bs, just take a week off or two to let ur cns recover and ul keep gaining. Aslong as ur gaining good no need for roids.

ya that guys workout is a joke... he has no rest days and does 4 upper body days in a row.. lol WAY off
