Alright Im not too sure what forum to ask this in but anyways my situation is that I just started working out seriously 2 months ago or so....I use to be a pro hockey player but quit for work (self employed) I have had free time on my hands now so starting to workout seriously
anyways went from a computer desk job no working out at all....drinking 5 days a week , with chips, cake junk and pop.....to working out almost everyday eating 6 healthy meals a day
lost about 20 pounds in a month/ month and a half easy to get back in "decent" shape since I use to be about 3-4 years ago...but Im thinking about taking m1T and other supplements/enhancements but Im wanting to do so until when my body "taps out"..because right now its such achange in lifestyle to not drink and no junk food and working out my gains/improvements are very noticable.....when is the best time to take m1T and other steriods/enhancements.....and when does my body slow down in losing weight and changing this much?
Ive heard mixed answers of take m1T and other things now but i was wanting to take it after about a year of training
