week 1 not much.
week 2, slight libido, oily skin
week 3-4, holding more water, more energy in gym
week 5, lots of energy and libido all the time, no gains
week 6, getting bigger, weight gain, feel full and like a king
week 7 and on, strength is hitting hard. gains like crazy on everything
if your talking about dosage sweet spot than 750-800 is a good good dose IMO. a gram im to bloated
Week 5 is when the fun usually starts then it peters out around week 8-9 unless you raise the dose.
