Right now im doing the DC training, and have gotten stronger on everything, but have not added much weight on the scale. From everything i have read about dc (which is everything i can find) it seems like most who try it get stronger and bigger, while losing bodyfat. That is my goal, but to do this should i be doing cardio and if so how much? I cant do it first thing in the morning either because i work so early. if i do it at night when i lift, will it be just as effective? Thanks guys!
