When you bulk, do you keep cals the same?

Do you guys keep the cals the same on off/on days? Right now I'm bulking on 3000-3100 calories a day. For a while I've been doing 2700-2800 on off days. But I've came to consensus that it's a waste. It seems like my weight isnt even moving. I'm starting to do 3000 calories everyday, with a cheat meal friday night.
 
When i bulk, i eat everything that has at least some nutrtional value. I dont stop because of an offday, but thats just me, and my metabolism is through the roof.

Mine is pretty much the same, 2800cals/day.
 
Not if I can help it, when I'm bulking I try to eat the same each day... Some days I just can't pack as much down as I should though...
 
my off/cardio days are a little lower than training days during a bulk. same for me when i'm cutting (obviously with exception to the calorie difference).
 
My off days are lower than training days. The difference comes from no PWO shake on off days.
