...You can feel them, they are there...somewhere....hiding, they feel like rock, but you just can't see them very well...

Taking that sentance into account, does this mean there is a layer of fat covering the muscles, or the muscles just aren't developed enough yet?

get your B/F down under 10% and then you'll be able to answere your own question

Yeah, it's most likely fat covering them up. Impossible to know unless you cut down to a lower body fat level though.

I'm not sure what my BF% is, can't be that high, the only muscle I can't see in the mirror is the abs. Chest, Shoulder, arms...all fine, but the abs are fecking hiding.

Yeah, some people have to get down to single digit body fat levels before their abs become visible. Hell, some people have serious trouble creating visible ab musculature even at near bodybuilder competition body fat levels because of their genetics.

Ah, that's the killer....Genetics. You can get your BF down if you are committed, but you can't change the genetic code, no matter how committed you are.

Yeah, it is unfortunate. You can pack some mass on your rectus abdominus and obliques and make that musculature more visible at higher body fat levels though. Weight ab work my friend!

What is this thread about???????????
Sounds like you are to small to see your muscles, fat or ripped if your big and strong its easy to see.....just keep lifting and eating. :thumb:
