I don't think it will ever pass to be 100pc legal? I hope I'm wrong! I miss my script in Cali. The Feds have the last word over the State. That's the problem w/ CA shops and--what I see-- being a problem opening and legalizing in other states. Better than alcohol IMO

Nope... no way.

Weed became illegal roughly around the 1940's...

Right around the time people were finding out all the uses of hemp... it could replace paper at an 8th of the cost.

A few "cloak and dagger" meetings later, voila !... hemp is declared dangerous and a threat to their billion dollar enterprises.

This is why it will remain illegal. The government hates a good thing.

one of my freinds smokes weed and I have been on his shit for 10 years to get his "A" liscense so he could make 10 dollars more an hour. He works on avionics, the shit that guides airplanes. Hes pretty smart but not smart enough to realize hes waisting his life using that shit. All the people I know that use, have big ideas but never get off their ass to do a f^kn thing to help themselves.

Charley made a generalization, he wasn't calling anyone out... I don't smoke, never have and I don't hate on it. Should I act all hurt by his words too? Also, I have met charley and he is far from a nigglet.
 
All the guys who don't use either 'juice or weed' have these opinions based on their experiences or lack of them....my brother is a Lawyer who never smoked a cig or a joint, never a beer or a glass of wine....never coke or acid......always tells me how to live my life[I'm 15 yrs older].......IMO he's a blank slate of negative comments........he talks about things he knows nothing about............lol

I'm for legalization. The war on drugs is a waste of money, and Califorinia is one of the handful of states with their finances in the black, all the states in the red should learn something here.

I personally know a lot of people who don't use and are still for legalization. It's only a matter of time before it's legal.
