So here's the deal. I'm 6'2, 192 pounds. Trying to get big, so everything that I've been hearing is - drink tons of water, eat a lot more food (foods that your body can use) and take in atleast 150+ grms of protein a day. I've probably been getting about 170-180 by drinking 2 20g shakes a day, eating a protein bar with 26-32 grams, and eating lots of meats and tuna sandwhichs. I need to know what other GOOD foods I need to be eating in order to get this protein into my body (I've heard that with the exception of before and after workouts, it's best to get the protein by way of food instead of just shakes, so that's what I'm looking for!!!)
