To start, I'm not an athlete or a bodybuilder. My goal is to stay in shape, put on some lean muscle mass (I suppose that implies cutting fat).
Trying to figure out a post-workout shake.
I read that if you take Whey w/ 1% milk, you don't need Dextrose. That threw me off.
What carbs should I add to whey? how many if I am 175lb?
