I'm thinking of taking this three times per day but... I'm not sure if it is safe. I've done the research and saw that it is nothing but cow cheese, though, they could be hiding something.

It hasn't been approved by the FDA or any organization.

Is it safe or not? Please follow up with proof other than some internet site that says its safe because (reason).

WPI are made from milk.. why wouldnt it be safe?

with all due respect I have never heard of any problems in relation to using whey. dont be such a pussy and just drink it.

I've just heard things. About them putting drugs into it just like any drug... Why hasn't it been proved by the FDA anyways?

No supplement on the market has been approved by the FDA. it doesnt matter the FDA is a bunch of dipshits IMO.

so your saying that they would put drugs(what kind??) into whey? you realize that drugs are usually expensive.. right? so why would they put something expensive into something cheap like whey? it doesnt make sense..

:suicide:

Any drugs. Drugs that cause problems like roids do... And pills.

There could always be something in it. You don't know.

there are so many reputable companies that produce good quality shit. people have been taking this stuff for years without problems. do a search and im sure youll find a thread on which whey everyone likes best

I've taken it for a long time with no problems. If you're taking it 3 times a day, it may be wise to find some blends, as whey protein digests very quickly. Some kind of casein is probably a good idea too.

I drink a couple of protein shakes a day, usually one ON whey and one Muscle Milk (Casein protein). I'll vary the times depending on whether it's a training day or not.

Some days I'll mix the two.

As far as nutritional supplements go, protein powder is about as safe as you'll find.

A great site for researching nutritional supplements without all the manufacturer's hype is

SupplementWatch

Good Luck!

Whey is about as safe as you can get. Personally, since I'm an older guy, I like Bioquest's Myozene Ultra with thelower carb content. I drink one mid-morning, another mid-afternoon and another immediately after my workout.

I've done 1-3 a day for a long time now. I don't imagine it being an issue. Just make sure you're drinking enough water to support your increased protein intake.
