I just a few quick questions. I am new to serious training and I am very motivated. I have made very good progress with no supplementing, but I would like to take it to the next level.
I have just recently started taking a Whey Protien supplement and am considering supplementing with Creatine additionally.
Is it safe to take these two supplements at the same time? (I would be using the protien right before my morning workout and both the Protien and the Creatine right after my morning workout)
I have heard about supplementing with Glutamine as well. What if any positive effects does it offer? Are there any suggestions as to a good brand of glutamine?
Of the three supplements, which do you feels offers the most benefit? Does anyone have a thoughts on the multi-supplement powders?
