As of right now I don't have the resources to have the perfect diet, however I have two available options that will work for now. I realize both of these aren't as good as a clean bulk, but i'm wondering which would be better. Either I pick a dirty bulk, basically eat burger king and anything that I can get my hands on to get enough calories for the day. Or I can substitute weight gainer shakes to provide the calories, and eat healthy for all other meals. Which way do you think we ultimate provide me with more muscle mass? I have around 11% body fat now, since I do no cardio, and have been doing a dirty bulk. Any idea's would be appreciated, Happy Holidays!
